Role Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance department, responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and advice.

* 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or commercial finance. An Excel financial modelling and data analysis expert with a commercial mind, sound analytical skills, and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers.

* Constantly seek opportunities to learn and grow. Confident in experimenting while applying a Growth Mindset to learn and continuously improve.
* A status-quo challenger, keen to drive positive change and can find the right balance between impatience needed to drive outcomes and patience needed to take people on the journey.
* Collaborative, inclusive, consultative, confident communicator.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable. CA/CPA or working towards would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
* Analyse complex financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
