Reporting to our Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will join a friendly and supportive team in an administrative focussed role, while focusing on a positive participant experience. Some key responsibilities for our Activities Assistant include:

- Liaise with Participants and RTOs to co-ordinate and book accredited and non-accredited training for our Participants to support them on their journey to employment
- Ensure that Participants receive up to date information regarding training requirements where required
- Liaise with Employment Consultants regarding their Participants training
- Confirm Participant attendance with RTOs and obtain relevant evidence
- Maintain internal records including internal spreadsheet and Participant records to track referrals through to completion of training
- Create activities in the Department’s IT system, in line with Department requirements including RTO and training details, locations and Schedules where required
- Comply with Global Skills Code of Conduct and Compliance & Accountability
- Comply with all other Global Skills Policies and Procedures.
