Community Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled sales specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a Community Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in accelerating sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within the store environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with Authorised Apple Resellers, providing customers with the right knowledge and value to make informed choices, and educating and empowering store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple products and services portfolio.
You will strive for perfection, ensuring Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up-to-date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Availability: Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun) or Part-time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs - Sun)
* Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
