Sales Manager - Victoria Drive Growth, Build Relationships & Lead Sales Success Labourpower is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager in Victoria to drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships across the state. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies that support the continued growth and profitability of the business. This position is ideal for a highly driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-focused environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with clients. Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous, but we welcome candidates with strong transferable sales and relationship management experience from other sectors.
