Leading ANZ client of integrated services requires an experienced Business Analyst with Operational Model and Process Improvement experience on a 12-month fixed engagement. You can be based either in Bri, Syd or Melb.
As the Business Analyst, Operational Model this role will see you support the uplift of a work order management system and drive benefits realisation across a large, complex contract environment.
This role will play a key part in reducing manual administration, simplifying processes, and embedding improved ways of working across 100+ contracts.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Lead Business Analysis activities across a large-scale transformation
* Analyse current-state processes and design future-state operating models
* Define and document business and functional requirements
* Partner with project and operational stakeholders to embed change
* Support delivery across multiple contracts and sites
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Work order management system uplift and optimisation
* Benefits realisation and process redesign
* Reduction of manual, legacy administrative tasks
* Change impacting ~100 internal administrator roles
* Complex stakeholder environment across defence, housing, and government sites
* Proven Business Analyst experience on large, complex programs
* Strong background in process improvement / operating model uplift
* Hands-on experience with work order management systems (essential)
* Industry experience in infrastructure, facilities management, or social infrastructure
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, is on offer.
Public transport, consisting of buses and metro, is only a 5 mins walk away.
