About the Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity to lead service across a dynamic hospitality operation at an internationally renowned motorsport track. Responsibilities span a café, restaurant, bar and full conference & events operation. On race days, large events, corporate hospitality, and refined dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead front‐of‐house food & beverage operations across the café, restaurant, bar, and conference & events venues.
* Deliver exceptional service from high‐volume race day service to premium dining experiences.
* Oversee major event days, motorsport activations and corporate hospitality service delivery.
* Manage and develop a team of approximately 25 staff, building a service‐driven culture.
* Work closely with the Executive Chef to align kitchen and front‐of‐house operations.
* Maintain strong floor presence during peak service periods (about 3 days/week) and manage daily operational planning (about 2 days admin/office focus).
* Drive revenue growth through increased spend per guest, capture rates, and strategic activations.
* Monitor and analyse F&B financial performance, including P&L, labour costs, and departmental profitability.
* Ensure all outlets deliver consistent service standards, presentation and guest experience.
* Lead team engagement, training, coaching and performance‐management initiatives.
* Respond to guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, food safety and hygiene standards.
* Contribute as a key member of the venue's leadership team.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.
* Strong background in high‐volume, multi‐outlet or event‐driven environments.
* A hands‐on, visible leadership style during service.
* Ability to transition between fast‐paced service and refined dining environments.
* Strong commercial acumen, managing costs while maximising revenue.
* Confidence working with kitchen leadership to deliver cohesive guest experiences.
* High energy, resilience and ability to perform under pressure during large‐scale events.
* Desire to grow within a larger F&B structure and take on broader leadership responsibilities.
