Job Title: Director Smart Factory Process Owner, OT Standardization
Job Description
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the standardization of connectivity between production equipment and digital solutions. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and standardizing OT connectivity standards across the process target picture.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical/PLC integration, as well as a degree in computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or other relevant fields. They should also possess hands-on experience connecting machines to plants, working knowledge of industrial networking and basic cybersecurity standards, and strong data-driven decision-making and cross-functional facilitation capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, secure, and standardize OT connectivity standards across the process target picture.
* Develop and enforce OT architecture standards, protocols, and best practices across all sites and business units.
* Own and maintain the asset inventory and lifecycle management of OT assets.
* Ensure all OT systems comply with internal policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical/PLC integration.
* Degree in computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or other relevant fields required.
* Hands-on experience connecting machines to plants.
* Working knowledge of industrial networking and basic cybersecurity standards.
