Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in High Wycombe to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a 6-month maternity leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive finance team within a reputable business, where your AR expertise will be valued from day one.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You'll also work closely with the wider finance team to assist with reporting and reconciliation tasks.
* Managing the full accounts receivable process
* Issuing invoices and statements in a timely manner
* Following up on overdue accounts and resolving queries
* Allocating payments and performing bank reconciliations
* Maintaining accurate records in MYOB
* Assisting with month-end reporting as required
Your Profile
* Previous experience in a similar accounts receivable or credit control role
* Strong working knowledge of MYOB
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage your workload effectively
