About the Role
As Clinical Coordinator – Compliance, you will support the Clinical Manager to maintain and exceed compliance standards across our care services. Your leadership will help shape a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve resident care outcomes
Ensure accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Educate and support staff on clinical policies and best practices
Lead audits and contribute to quality improvement programs
Manage infection control and risk minimisation strategies
About You
AHPRA Registered Nurse with 2+ years senior experience in aged care
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive care environment
