Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a great opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer to join a managed services provider (MSP) on the Central Coast. Working across a broad client base you will be servicing start-up through to medium sized corporate businesses in the area. This role will be a mix of BAU and project work with a great team and supportive work culture.
About you
Ideally you have 5+ years experience in technical support and at least 3 years at Level 3 and above. You should have a good understanding of IT products and services, particularly the Microsoft stack including Office 365, Active Directory and managing virtual environments. You should also have some networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls. In this role you will be working autonomously as well as part of a team across projects and BAU. Building trust and managing client relationships will be an important part of your success.
Key skills
* 5+ years experience in technical support across Level 2 and 3 responsibilities
* Experience with project work
* Previous experience working in an MSP environment
* Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft
* Strong systems support experience including Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Email support and applications support
* Networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls
* Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment
* Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and client relationships
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
