This is a permanent part-time position for 35 hours per week and you will be rostered across all trading hours.

The role:
As a Beauty Consultant for the Hermes Counter you will share your expertise with your customers. Inspiring them with your product knowledge and recommendations for the perfect fragrance and beauty ensemble.
You will drive counter outcomes, ensuring counter sales targets are achieved and represent the brand in line with all brand guidelines. You will assist in ensuring overall operation of the counter is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. You will also assist in creating, booking and managing all in-store counter events.
This role is for a Beauty Consultant but you should also be prepared to step in and assist or represent the Counter Manager as required. It is therefore a great opportunity for those seeking to move into a Counter Manager position in the future.
Essential position prerequisites:
* Previous experience in beauty within the department store / retail environment
* Qualified makeup artist or strong experience working within makeup
* Able to prove your experience in performing makeovers and providing personalised beauty consultations
* Exceptional customer service skills with an obvious passion for luxury beauty
* Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI’s
* Able to build strong relationships with your customers and drive customer loyalty
* Confident in delivering product knowledge and recommendations to customers
* Strong team player with the ability and enthusiasm to step up in the absence of the Counter Manager
* Willingness to participate in in-store events and brand activations to drive engagement
* Available to work permanent part time at 35 hours per week with flexibility across key trading hours, including late night and weekends, as well as flex-ups during promotions and events
