Contract Administrator – Irrigation & Landscaping Projects

Location: Perth | Competitive Salary | Career Growth

Our client is a specialist in irrigation and landscaping solutions, delivering projects that combine quality, sustainability, and innovation. They're looking for a proactive Contract Administrator to manage the commercial side of multiple projects and ensure everything runs smoothly from award to completion.

Role Overview:

You'll be the key link between project teams, suppliers, and clients—overseeing contracts, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance. This role suits someone detail-oriented with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for all contract activities.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to manage obligations.
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide regular updates and feedback to management.
What You'll Bring:
* Solid understanding of contract administration principles.
* Experience in irrigation, landscaping, or construction is a bonus.
* Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Support, or Contract Management preferred.
* Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook and Word.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and make informed decisions quickly.
