Your Opportunity:
Join our team as an Allied Health Assistant supporting Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in Residential Aged Care settings. Your role includes both clinical work and administrative tasks.

You will assist in delivering evidence-based care through mobility and functional activities, one-on-one sessions, group programs, and care plan follow-ups.
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting in delivering physiotherapy services according to Plena Healthcare policies.
* Servicing RAC clients as per treatment plans.
* Transporting residents to and from therapy areas or appointments, under supervision.
* Setting up and cleaning the physiotherapy gym and equipment.
* Handling referrals and administrative tasks as guided.
* Ordering prescribed equipment.
* Running exercise groups and programs.
* Supporting initiatives to meet client and contract expectations.
* Consulting with physiotherapists/occupational therapists on treatment plan adjustments.
* Participating in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals as per company policy.
