About the position:
We are seeking a committed Reception & Administration Officer to join our growing, community-focused organisation. This role is the first point of contact for many of our clients, community members, and staff, and plays an important part in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide high-quality customer service alongside strong administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to administrative emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
* Assist with office logistics, including organising and maintaining stock levels.
* Support the upkeep and presentation of business premises, ensuring common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
* Arrange catering for meetings, training, and events as required.
* Provide secretarial support where necessary including scheduling meetings, preparation of paperwork, and providing a positive customer experience.
About you:
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support and Customer Service. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software applications, you are adept at streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Your ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively ensures smooth operations and that deadlines are met.
As a Reception & Administration Officer, you bring a proactive and organised approach to every task. You are a dependable team player who provides vital secretarial and administrative support, while also being a warm, professional presence at the front desk.
What we offer:
* Competitive salary: $76,376 - $78,578 (range dependent on experience and qualifications). Classification under the SCHADS Award.

Job requirements:
* You must hold a current South Australian Driver's License or a license which permits you to drive in South Australia.
* Successful candidates will be required to clear and maintain probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check (Police Clearance), Working with Vulnerable People Check and Working with Children Check (applicants need to hold a current WWCC to apply).
