About the Company
Our client is a well-established freight forwarding business in Brisbane's northern suburbs, known for a genuinely collaborative culture and strong staff retention. The business is growing and they are now looking for a senior customer service professional to join the team.
The Role
This is a step up from a standard CSO position. You will take ownership of a client portfolio, coordinate shipments across land, air and sea freight, and work closely with internal teams to keep things running smoothly. There is a genuine pathway into a broader or supervisory capacity for the right person over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and provide timely, accurate shipment updates
- Coordinate with carriers, Customs brokers and logistics partners
- Prepare and verify freight documentation and delivery orders
- Support invoicing, payment verification and record keeping
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and efficiency
About You
- Background in freight forwarding or customs preferred, adjacent logistics experience considered
- Confident managing high volumes and competing priorities independently
- Strong communicator with a professional, solutions-focused approach
- Ready to take on more ownership and grow with a business that is going places
What's On Offer
- $80,000 to $100,000 base + super depending on experience
