Job Title: Payroll and HR Officer

The role of the payroll and HR officer is to ensure the seamless operation of payroll services while adhering to relevant legislative requirements. This includes processing staff wages, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Process all staff wages each week/fortnight in accordance with the established payroll schedule.
* Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and taxation regulations.
* Prepare monthly payments for Payroll Tax, Child Support, and Union Fees.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR system.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with complex payroll and ERP systems is also highly regarded.
