Layered Technology, an innovative Managed Services company, is seeking a driven and experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Belrose, NSW. As a full-time member of our IT support department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality technical assistance and resolving complex IT issues for our valued clients. You'll work with a variety of technologies, Cloud computing, networking to Cyber security.
What you'll be doing
* Provide technical support to end-users, Microsoft Office 365 support, resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related problems
* Monitoring RMM and Security Application dashboards for alerts and errors
* Analyse and diagnose Network, Computer and Office 365 issues
* Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365, IT systems and infrastructure
* Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
* Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions
What we're looking for
* 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in Managed Service company
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Office 365, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
* Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Certifications in relevant IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL) would be an advantage
