We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Presales cum Solution Architect to join our team in Australia. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with well-crafted solutions and proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Define solution architecture, including system integrations, data migrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to create technical designs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within client organizations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services, etc.), and data migration strategies.
- Hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and extending Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, and custom code.
- Knowledge and some experience of Dynamics Copilots will be an advantage.
- Presales and Consulting:
- Proven track record in presales activities, including preparing proposals, PoCs, and demos.
- Ability to understand client business processes and propose solutions that address their challenges.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or similar.
