Customer Service and Compliance Officer
Work with the community to provide fair use of parking and animal registration services.
This role involves investigative, enforcement, and administrative tasks across the city. You'll interact directly with residents and visitors, addressing concerns and helping uphold local laws with professionalism and respect.
As a key member of our team, you'll conduct investigations and enforcement activities related to parking and animal registration. You'll also engage with the public to provide respectful customer service, education, and support around local laws and responsible behaviour.
Our ideal candidate is confident, approachable, and calm under pressure. You'll need to be comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life, thinking on your feet, and respectfully handling sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting investigations and enforcement activities related to parking and animal registration.
* Engaging with the public to provide respectful customer service, education, and support.
* Managing daily workloads and priorities to meet timeframes, customer expectations, and legislative requirements.
