Overview
This is a full-time Contract hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize systems and operations. The role involves conducting detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, designing solutions, and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders. Some work from home is acceptable as part of the hybrid work arrangement.

* Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Requirements Management
* Skills in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Reporting
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Project Management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the payment systems industry is a plus
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
