We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our Australia Fair team. The role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to achieve outstanding sales results.
What we are looking for:
* Exceptional one‐on‐one selling skills while providing outstanding customer service experiences
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs beyond expectations
* Ability to work productively individually and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work across our seven‐day store roster
What you will be doing:
* Creating a professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces
* Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
* Completing in‐house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
* Performing operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
