We're looking for a motivated and recruitment professional who's ready to take the next step in their talent acquisition career. About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering end-to-end recruitment across Aspen Medical. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience while helping us secure top talent across our diverse business. Working across a combination of volume and specialist recruitment projects, you'll learn to switch gears and gain exposure to a broad range of recruiting styles.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection support
* Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
* Conducting background and reference checks
* Preparing job offers and supporting onboarding for new hires
* Maintaining accurate candidate information in our systems
* Staying up to date with recruitment best practice and contributing to continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative and flexible team player
* Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders and candidates
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Desired:
* Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR support
* Experience using Oracle HCM (or similar ATS platforms)
* Foundational understanding of recruitment principles
