Job Description
CSIRO seeks IT-minded individuals to join the onsite and service desk group in delivering effective and timely IT support. The IMT Service Centre is responsible for logging and managing IT tickets, providing telephone support, and escalating issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first contact remote IT support with a focus on customer service experience.
* Conduct analysis and classify tickets to resolve without escalation, or escalate to relevant support groups via the service management toolset.
* Contribute positively to stimulate a team approach and develop sound working relationships with clients.
* Identify tasks/issues that cannot be resolved and escalate them to senior staff and/or Technical Specialist Teams.
