The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Rostering/Scheduling Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting our staff and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to general staff and client inquiries via phone and email.
* Developing, maintaining and communicating staff rosters.
* Actively engage with Participants and respond to changes in service needs and communicate changes with support workers.
* On a daily basis you will be required to respond to last minute shift changes / cancellations including allocation of support staff for last minute sick leave or staff inability to cover certain shifts.
* Your role also encompasses general administration / office duties as required.
* Develop and manage essential documents and registers.
* Coordinate diaries and manage scheduling commitments.
* Perform general administrative duties, including reporting, scanning, and ordering supplies.

About You:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration (desirable but not essential).
* Current driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Police clearance certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* COVID-19 vaccination as per current health guidelines.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly regarded.
