Your New Role And Responsibilities
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact across a portfolio of dynamic IT projects? Leidos Australia is seeking a Skilled Senior Program Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
In This Role, You Will
* Partner with program and project teams and stakeholders across finance, delivery and operations to provide strategic financial advice aligned to operational goals, contractual commitments, and to ensure ongoing alignment and transparency.
* Provide decision support through cost analysis, scenario modelling and risk assessment to enable proactive financial management.
* Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, translating data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Support budgeting and forecasting by leveraging historical trends and performance metrics to guide planning and resource allocation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
* Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders across functions and geographies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to navigating competing priorities and driving outcomes under tight deadlines.
* Solid foundation in financial management, reporting, and governance, with a track record of supporting project delivery teams and contributing to program success.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, to support data‐driven decision‐making and reporting.
* Experience working in a global business environment is highly valued, particularly with financial systems such as CostPoint, OAC, or OBI.
* Australian citizenship is required for this role.
