Aus Energy Solar is growing and we're looking for motivated phone sales representatives to join our Perth‐based team!
The Role
Outbound & inbound calls to warm leads.
Booking quality face‐to‐face solar consultations for our in‐house solar design consultants.
Building rapport and getting potential customers excited about saving money and going green.
Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in solar telemarketing/sales is essential.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Goal‐driven and resilient attitude with a passion for hitting targets.
* Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner.
* Reliable, positive and team‐oriented.
* Valid work visa or Australian work rights required & must speak fluent English.
