Your Role: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Maximising sales opportunities and driving store performance. Creating an engaging, fun atmosphere that reflects our brand's personality. Managing stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain a stylish, fashion forward space. Training and developing team members to help them grow in their roles. Ensuring store targets and KPIs are consistently met. About you: Ideally, footwear experience is preferred, but we're open to candidates from any retail background with a passion for youth-focused, edgy brands - 2 years ideally. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A genuine passion for fashion, especially in the footwear and accessories space. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and managing sales targets.
