The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions, with exceptional customer-facing and sales skills.
About the Role:
* Deliver outstanding customer and product support across capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions with a high level of professionalism.
* Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through both individual and team efforts.
* Identify and act on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.
* Conduct onsite and workshop-based inspections, providing technical advice to enhance ESCO product performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to prepare high-quality correspondence, tender responses, and manage contractual processes in line with company policies.

About You:
* Experience in heavy industry—particularly within underground or surface mining—is highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products.
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work, safety, and ethical standards.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.
* Additional Requirements: Must have the right to work in Australia, be willing to travel to local and remote mine sites by air and car (>50% of the month), and successfully complete background checks.
