I am currently recruiting for a D365 Business Central Practice Lead to join a growing consultancy. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take ownership of a practice, shape its direction and play a key role in its growth. As part of the role, you will: Key Responsibilities Build, scale and maintain the D365 Business Central practice, driving both capability and commercial growth Lead from the front as a Functional Lead, bringing together end-to-end solutions that align with real business needs Provide technical oversight across development, customisations and extensions, ensuring best practice and quality delivery Take ownership of solution delivery across all projects, ensuring consistency, quality assurance and successful client outcomes Work closely with stakeholders across the business, contributing to pre-sales, solution design and overall delivery strategy Mentor and lead consultants within the practice, creating a high-performing and collaborative team environment What we need from you Strong experience across D365 Business Central (this is not transferable from FinOps) A commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of utilisation, billables and how to drive a profitable practice Solid functional and technical knowledge, with the ability to operate across both when needed Proven experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple projects Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences If you're currently operating as a Senior Consultant, Lead or Architect and looking to step into something more strategic, this could be a great move.
