We are looking for a Gympie (or surrounds) based Mechanic who is willing to travel to and from our Sunshine Coast Zone. You will be provided with a vehicle, training and support. There is also future potential to expand our services to the Gympie region with a view to reduce travel over time. Your day as a Mobile Mechanic includes:
- Major and minor service and repairs, identifying and recommend additional work, that ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy and performing at their peak
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Breakdown repairs
- Brakes, timing belts, fuel, and cooling system repairs
What you must have
- Trade qualified (Australia) mechanic
- Relevant hands-on work experience POST completion of an apprenticeship / Diploma
- Current manual driver's licence (or be prepared to obtain manual licence)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work some Saturdays as part of a roster system
