The Purpose of This Role Is: To expand our Hosting Solutions footprint within the Australian healthcare market by identifying add-on opportunities with existing clients and providing operational leadership to support our growth. Role Responsibilities Proactively engaging with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and present tailored Hosting Solutions that address those needs. Manage our technology client relationship including daily communications, weekly status meetings, and monthly KPI/SLA reporting to executives. Own all client hosting issues and ensures they are satisfactorily resolved. Deliver regular program status updates and performance reporting. Own all collaboration to ensure internal groups and business partners are delivering successfully. Technology escalation point for our clients. Manage client delivery expectations. Manage environmental change control for client awareness and acceptance. Manage numerous internal workstreams for our clients (decommissions, right-sizing, security, best practices) Execute performance monitoring tools and reporting for proactive issue identification and resolution. Ensures adherence to contractual obligations. Analyzes performance data trends and presents findings. Documents client’s processes and procedures incorporating lessons learned to ensure client success. Role Requirements Proven track record of success in SaaS or software sales, with experience selling complex solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments, drive projects to completion, and be highly responsive in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with experience working effectively across sales, marketing, and technical teams. Operational background with a track record of applying practical understanding to drive business growth and sales initiatives. Informed about project deliverables, general project status, and operational readiness. Working Arrangements: There may be up to 50% of travel required.
