Portfolio Management Executive
The primary purpose of this role is to drive the portfolio management and technical excellence initiatives to ensure financial targets and portfolio strategy are delivered.
This involves developing and leading the execution of Portfolio Strategies, incorporating insights from market, competitors, and customer research.
A key aspect of this role is monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and performance to inform strategic decisions.
Utilising data and insights, you will maintain appropriate Target Markets and manage portfolio exposure in line with accumulation management requirements.
You will contribute to the financial planning process and engage with key stakeholders to implement relevant portfolio actions.
Liaising with the pricing team, you will support development of pricing strategies and capabilities to ensure adequacy of pricing.
You will provide recommendations to commercial pricing decisions to achieve portfolio performance as per pricing governance and risk frameworks.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have proven analytical and critical thinking abilities, able to evaluate complex alternatives and articulate strategies.
You will have experience in managing Consumer products within a Financial Services institution, preferably in General Insurance, either CTP, Home, or Motor.
Experience working with internal and external data and analytical tools is essential, ideally one of the following: SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
Comprehensive knowledge of products, industry practices, and governing legislation is also required.
You will possess highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating ability to co-create strategy, valuable analytical solutions, and present these to key business stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
