About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will involve proactively searching for and assigning customer accounts or prospects to sell conference and events experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Create sales opportunities by developing a personal network and representing the organization at trade shows and events.
* Analyze market data, identify potential market segments, and tailor sales approaches to maximize profitability.
* Build customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
* Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts within established systems.
* Ambassador for the company, promoting offerings and reinforcing a positive brand image.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hospitality, event, or catering sales.
* Target-driven mindset with warm and confident communication skills.
* Exceptionally organized with an eye for detail.
* Passionate about business development and building lasting partnerships.
* Experience with CRM or event software is a plus.
