The Opportunity
You will have the autonomy to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on winning project packages for new mineral process plants.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with engineering offices (EPC/EPCMs) to influence specification and drive revenue growth.
* Lead the tender sales process – scope, proposal, TQs, CQs, negotiation, and closing.
This is a hands-on, doer role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Pursuing and closing major sales deals, valued between $250k-$2m.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
