About the Role in Jurien Bay
* The role will require you to assist individuals to achieve their goals in their NDIS plan which may include but not be limited to social and community participation, independence building, personal care, domestic tasks, and any requirements of the customers as per their individual plan.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated understanding of NDIS practice standards and the NDIS code of conduct
* Demonstrated capability in providing direct support to participants through assisting, supporting, coaching, mentoring and training in the area of lifestyle skills
* Provision of a creative, flexible, person centred approach
* Commitment to work under direction and within legislative frameworks and organisational policies and procedures
* Ability to establish and work collaboratively within a team environment
* Demonstrated commitment to working within an ethical service focussed environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
* Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills that embrace a diverse range of stakeholder interests
* Current driver's licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Clearance
* Working with Children Check
