Job Description
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to identify new opportunities and provide technical expertise in Civil Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to understand their needs, prepare product presentations, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the best solutions are provided.
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Engineering within the construction industry.
* Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
* Williness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
