The Role
Join one of Busselton's family owned and operated civil construction contractors.
This local contractor has projects throughout the South West and have a requirement for an accounts payroll casual to assist with some long-term holiday cover.
This is a role where you will be working across several areas in an accounts/payroll capacity.
This is classified as a regional position and will ideally suit a local looking for 20 hours a week or for an accounts professional on a Working Holiday Visa wanting to get their regional 88 days for a visa extension.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this role will rely on excellent communication and bookkeeping skills.
Accounts Payable
Inputting and processing of Weekly payroll of 30 people
Overseeing the administration function, invoicing, help with progress claims
Office tasks, answering main phone line, banking, petty cash, meet and greet customers on occasion, raising purchase orders.
The Person
As the ideal candidate you will have at least 2+ years' experience in either a construction or engineering business and be happy working in a professional blue-collar environment.
You will need to be well organised, confident with a bubbly personality who is comfortable working in a small team.
