About The Role
You'll have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department ensuring deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
About You And Your Skills
Flexible with evening working hours
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
Inspired to keep things simple and ensure Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
Drive a one-team culture celebrating success and putting team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
Delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience
