The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the HR function and driving strategies to enhance workforce competencies and improve workplace culture.
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the organisation.
* Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR or senior management and a strong track record of delivering results, preferably with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive HR plans, drive business growth through effective people management, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

We offer a competitive remuneration package including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
