Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to work alongside one of the top-performing property professionals in the Sutherland Shire? We are seeking a senior, proactive EA to join a high-performing team, supporting a busy agent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, senior-level role, perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys taking initiative. You will manage an agents day-to-day schedule, coordinate high-volume sales processes, and provide end-to-end administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar and diary management; oversee and coordinate the agents daily schedule
* Proactively provide guidance and support as needed
* Work independently, as the director is frequently out of the office
* Sales administration, including preparation of exchange letters, sales advices, managing deposits, settlement schedules, keys, and settlement gifts
* General administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Senior, mature EA with proven experience supporting a high-performing agent or director (200+ sales per year)
* Thorough understanding of sales support processes end-to-end
* Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment
* Must hold a COR / Real Estate Licence
* Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
