Seeking an experienced professional to support business growth by sharing management responsibilities, improving operations, and helping lead the next stage of expansion. This role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate who can drive operational excellence.

This role suits someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, loves improving systems, and brings structure and energy to everything they do. Experience in administration is absolutely essential, and those with a background in scheduling, sales, construction or trades administration will be highly regarded.

Your Responsibilities will include:

* Client communication (quoting, applications and status updates)
* Assisting with scheduling, invoicing, quotes and job tracking in ServiceM8 and simPRO
* Coordinating procurement processes, including sourcing pricing, raising purchase orders, ordering stock and materials, and tracking deliveries to ensure job timelines are met
* Managing customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy against quoted and completed works, reconciling payments and proactively following up outstanding accounts in line with company procedures.
* Supporting compliance and safety documentation
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Providing general admin support to the Director and wider team

What We're Looking For

* A friendly, professional approach with a passion for helping people
* Excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* A self-starter, proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Proven experience in administration or sales (highly regarded)
* Electrical or Trades admin, Contracts or Scheduling experience (highly regarded)
* Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and job management systems.
* Familiarity with job management software like ServiceM8, simPRO, or similar
