A seasoned cost professional is sought after to spearhead the management of refurbishment projects within a prominent property services firm.
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely cost/value reports & profit forecasts are reconciled
* Oversee day-to-day cost control, monitoring, and reporting processes
* Process sub-contractor requests for payment through applications and invoices
* Successfully onboard sub-contractors/suppliers
The ideal candidate will possess commercial experience in housing refurbishment projects, preferably within the social housing sector. A degree in Quantity Surveying and strong understanding of cost management principles and sub-contractor procurement are essential.
