We’re seeking motivated, team-oriented Engineers who are committed to building better infrastructure and stronger communities. Whether you're early in your career or have proven experience, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering a wide range of civil and road projects across South Australia.
These permanent, full-time roles offer the chance to work closely with supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and community stakeholders. You’ll be involved in everything from on-site coordination to meeting key project milestones—contributing to safe, high-quality outcomes while developing your technical and leadership capabilities.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Support or lead the planning and execution of civil road projects across a range of metro and regional locations
- Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, HSE advisors, and project managers to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Build trust with clients, communities, and stakeholders through open, respectful communication
- Maintain accurate records, contribute to reporting, and uphold quality and environmental standards
- Identify risks, contribute to problem-solving, and apply technical knowledge with care and precision
- Promote a strong safety culture where every team member feels included, supported, and empowered
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or nearing completion)
- Relevant construction or site experience, ideally including civil infrastructure projects such as roadworks
- Confidence interpreting construction documentation, technical plans, and project specifications
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, values-driven approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Leadership capabilities and mentoring experience (for those with more advanced experience)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and building safer, more inclusive communities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project)
- White Card and current Driver’s Licence
- Flexibility and willingness to travel or work regionally when needed.
