About The Opportunity

* Leading and developing a customer‐focused retail team
* Driving sales performance and achieving store targets
* Coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential

* Delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Managing store operations, compliance, and inventory processes
* Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and team development

* Previous leadership experience in a retail environment
* Strong coaching and people development skills
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Commercial acumen and a results‐driven mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to lead from the front and inspire others
* Flexibility to work across retail trading hours
