About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling calls, managing bookings and enquiries, supporting site operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Be the friendly, professional first point of contact - answering calls and assisting customers
* Manage bookings, enquiries, and customer communications
* Support site operations - coordinating access, signage, and notifications
* Assist with admin tasks such as database updates, calendar management, and supplies
* Handle callouts or quick problem-solving tasks across multiple locations
* Follow up on enquiries and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/admin role
* Strong organisation and follow-through skills - you know how to stay on top of conflicting priorities
* A confident, genuine communicator with great phone etiquette
* Proactive mindset - you don't just spot problems, you help solve them
