The Client Associate role with Carat is a great place to start and forge a career in the media industry. This role will enable you to build foundational knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of media planning and buying, and exposure to advertising best practices across a variety of verticals to learn on the job.
- Key Responsibilities- Support the team in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across video/TV, audio, and outdoor channels, ensuring alignment with media strategy and client goals.- Support with campaign reporting, extracting actionable insights, surfacing recommendations and contributing to client WIPs.- Provide administrative support across campaign and team operations, requiring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.- Manage Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, contributing to effective working relationships with our clients, agency partners and media owners- and resolve discrepancies, queries, and adjustments related to campaign delivery and invoicing.
A Bit About You- A passion for all things media and an eagerness to learn and understand the Australian advertising marketplace.- A knack for data and an ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts, as you will be working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns.- You are tech savvy and a practical thinker, having a natural flair for problem solving.- You are happy collaborating and working within a team environment with strong communication skills.- You're comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment and thrive on being organised and detail-oriented.- You're proactive and collaborative — someone who builds strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media partners.- A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
