Key Responsibilities
This pivotal role forms part of the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery team overseeing all catering infrastructure and asset management functions.
* Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Design, plan and execute infrastructure builds for events.
* Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between managers, suppliers and internal teams.
* Maintenance & Asset Management: Oversee maintenance schedules, manage asset registers and ensure assets are safe and functional.
* Financial Management: Develop project budgets, monitor costs and ensure financial compliance.
* Operational Excellence: Uphold high standards of venue presentation, safety and health standards.
* Team Leadership & Development: Supervise staff, foster a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in infrastructure delivery or facilities management roles.
They will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated ability to manage concurrent priorities and deadlines.
