Redpath Partners are looking for a Facilities Reporting Supervisor to join a growing data centre operations team, managing the interface between project delivery and live operations. This is a hands-on, process-driven role for someone who enjoys keeping complex operations organised, ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
This role is based in inner-city Sydney, on a full-time permanent basis with compensation (depending on experience) up to $170k inclusive of super + discretionary bonus.
What you'll be doing
* Own reporting and documentation for maintenance and project activities, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, commissioning records, and defect tracking.
* Coordinate with operations and project teams to support asset handovers and operational transitions.
* Track contractor progress, manage schedules, and ensure all activities align with approved procedures and operational standards.
* Support change management workflows, including MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs, and maintain accurate records of operational changes.
* Assist in training and knowledge transfer to operations teams, ensuring operational readiness.
* Monitor safety compliance and support operational governance, including permits, risk assessments, and procedural adherence.
Who we're looking for
* Experienced in data centre operations, facilities, or engineering support.
* Comfortable working in structured, critical operational environments.
* Strong administrative and technical documentation skills.
* Experience in project delivery or commissioning is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with change management, permits, and operational procedures is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail, organised, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
