Job Description
As the National Account Manager, you will:
* Identify and build retail opportunities across multiple channels.
* Develop omnichannel strategies and execute brand submissions aligned with category strategies.
* Manage 10-15 brand partners, ensuring retention and growth through strategic planning and regular communication.
* Build promotional and co-op plans with brand partners and retailer category managers.
* Analyse data (IRI, IBIS, Quantium) to inform decisions and support submissions.
* Engage with buyers, attend trade shows, and represent the business at industry events.
* Collaborate with the Product Team and report directly to the General Manager.
* Update monthly budgets and contribute to financial modelling and profitability analysis.
The Successful Applicant
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* Experience in a BDM or Account Management role (FMCG experience preferred but not essential).
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Margins and profitability.
* A hunter mindset with resilience, self-motivation, and a love for fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for health and wellness products and a collaborative team spirit.

* Base Salary: $100,000 + Super (increasing to $120,000 after 6 months)
