This is a casual position turning to a permanent role for the right candidates, with a reputable, locally owned company committed to quality, reliability, and looking after their staff. Mount Isa locals preferred, though FIFO may be considered only for highly experienced operator roles for suitable candidates on a 3:1 roster.

About the roles
For your application to be considered you must have:
Vac Truck/Vac Combo Operators
· Minimum 2-year prior experience on vac loading.
· Minimum Heavy Rigid licence. (Essential)
· Highly regarded Vac loading, drain cleaning, Class B certification
· Highly regarded WAH, EWP, CSE, MH, FIRE R, FIRST AID/CPR
UHPWB Operators
· Minimum 2-year prior experience.
· Minimum Class B certification.
· Preferred but not essential Heavy Rigid Licence.
· Preferred but not essential WAH, EWP, CSE, MH, FIRE R, FIRST AID/CPR
Tilt tray driver
· Minimum 1-year prior experience.
· Current Heavy Rigid Licence. (Essential)
· Preferred but not essential Multi combination licence.
Painter/Abrasive Blasters
· Minimum 2-year experience in painting and QA.
· Preferred but not essential Paint trade certificate
Trade assistants/Trainee operators
· Preferred but not essential mining experience
· Preferred but not essential civil construction experience
ALL POSITIONS must have:
· Manual Drivers Licence
· Heavy Rigid Licence (Highly Desirable)
· Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
· Safety and quality focused
· Able to work unsupervised
· Be reliable, punctual, self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
